WDDM 1.0 Vista Driver install for integrated motherboard video with no Windows 10 Driver available.You should be able to use the WDDM 1.0 Vista Driver with anything, does not have to be Dell. Could be Nvida ect.In this case the Intel Q45/Q43 Graphics Controller Driver for Win 10 was not available.First download the updated Intel Driver Management software.

You have to Add back Directx 9 and Directx 10 drivers as well as legacy Direct play. Then you have to install the WDDM 1.0 Vista/7 Drivers for the INTEL GMA Video.This means you have to install Legacy Direct show as well as DX9and DX10 drivers from the june 2010 PATCH.You download the file.
